We've decided to put ceiling fans in the house to help save on energy costs during the summer. The idea is that with some open windows and fans to move the air around the house we'll be able to drop our electricity bill to below $100 during the hot months. The would certainly be nice as we were paying nearly twice that last summer. So we'll see. I've been able to find a good deal on a basic fan for about $58. Nothing special, just a fan that works.
